Alcova, which stands for Albemarle County Virginia, was started in 1957, and is a small family business. Our focus is primarily residential property rentals in Charlottesville and the surrounding Albemarle County area. We own the majority of the homes, properties, apartments and rental units we manage and we take great pride in our work.
